What is a Development Review Committee meeting?
The Development Review Committee is a committee of the Planning Commission that reviews development plans and the waivers that come with them.
Four Planning Commission members and the Director of Public Works sit on the committee.
Staff present the plan and the committee hears from the applicant and the public before acting. Written comments sent to the case manager named on the agenda go into the official case file.
