- Sep 25, 2026 · Violation · Visit 4R01 - RENTAL REGISTRATION - RES. [119-LMCO] The failure to register a rental housing unit or apartment complex in accordance with LMCO 119.03 shall be classified as a civil offense with a penalty of up to $100 per rental housing unit or apartment complex. The owner or managing operator will be sent a ten day notice of violation with a warning of the failure to comply with the rental registry. Failure to comply at the end of ten days will result in a fine of up to $100 per rental housing unit or apartment complex. Thereafter, each day of such violation(s) shall constitute a separate offense.
